The Railyard Saloon – Coffee Shop by day, Bar and Live Music Venue by night.
The Railyard’s journey began as a general store, selling eclectic wares from local and international makers, artists and brands that best represented the mountain lifestyle.
A couple of years on and the Railyard has become a true local hangout, serving the finest Coffee from Allpress Espresso, encouraging great conversation and providing killer tunes.
In July 2018 our venue became licensed, now The Railyard Saloon is ready to serve booze, host great live acts and offer our patrons a friendly bar to lean on, a booth for catch ups, or a venue for hire.
At the Railyard we keep it simple – just great coffee, snacks, cans on ice and old fashioned service. No room for a kitchen, so we encourage patrons to try the local fare, with menus behind the bar from the Tecoma eateries. If you have a small function we can cater large with a little help from our neighbours.

Location
Snake on up the Burwood Highway from the City, and you’ll stumble across The Railyard. We are smack in the centre of the Tecoma, a small suburb located in the foothills of Melbourne’s Dandenong Ranges. Nestled between the townships of Upwey and Belgrave, Tecoma is home to an active community of city escapees, adventurers, artists and musicians.
You can travel via Public Transport to The Railyard by Train or Bus. Hitch a ride on the Belgrave Line all the way to our Tecoma Station. The Railyard is a two minute walk from the Platform. A Bus Line runs right past our doorstep, with the Bus Stop conveniently located 100 metres down the street.
